I think you should go back for the dress for sure!

 

I have a skirt and blouse exactly like that, and I get more compliments when I wear it.

We have several Goodwills within 15 mins of us. I don't shop there often, but there are some things I think you can get a GREAT bargain on. One is sport coats for my DS. I never wanted to go out and buy him an expensive one to wear to special occasions that I knew he's only wear once before he'd outgrow them. I could always find like new ones for just a few bucks. Last time even NOW that he needed one (adult sizes) I went there and we got him a nice one. He's worn it now to several weddings and a funeral so we certainly got our money out of that!! Also, he is doing fraternity rush and was saying they were going to have a luau themed party and we were telling him to go to Goodwill to look for a Hawaiian shirt. Things like that where you need something special, but don't want to pay full price, it's a GREAT place to go.

We have one Goodwill right up the road and I have been stopping in more and more due to a picture frame project I'm working on redface.gif There is another one in a more 'upscale' section of town that I am dying to do check out. I did notice a TON of Target finds in our Goodwill- some of the stuff still with tags icon14.gif

I love Goodwill.

 

See if they are having different sales on designated days. Here certain days of the week are quarter days (certain colored tags are a quarter) or buy 1 get 2 free of a certain color.

I'm so thrilled with our Act II store.  Today I got a big bag of clothes for myself and the girls.

I got Levi Jeans, Vans sweatshirt, Life is Good l/s top, Ambercombie l/s top, Gap 3/4 sleeve top, Danskin now l/s top all for me. 

Two Justice l/s tops and 2 pair pajama pants for dd9. 

Gymboree l/s top for dd6.
