FItness and diet goals for week of 9/16

What are yours this week?

Monday- HERO
Tues- Cardio/Flexible core (not sure exactly what that is, but see on schedule)
Wed- Maybe TRX and cardio
Thurs-Cardio Power sculpt
Fri-Cardio/weights

Diet, always work it progress....

Cardio:  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

Abs:  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

 

Taking a break from strength training for the month.  I have been doing good without giving up diet soda, but I had some strong cravings this weekend.  As long as I don't buy it, I can't drink it.

I want to walk at least twice this week and continue to stick to my diet. My goal is 2 more pounds this week!

Tuesday: Walk
Wednesday: Gym/Walk
Thursday: Walk
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Bike

Three days of cardio, did one today.
Three days weight training and at least two days of my hard core ab workout.

Dietary I want to be better and cut the extra sugar.

M- rest - I painted all day Sunday

T- Step and Body pump = Super Tuesday

W-Interval

Th-Body Pump

Fr-Interval

Sat & Sun - walking or biking
