Taking a break from strength training for the month. I have been doing good without giving up diet soda, but I had some strong cravings this weekend. As long as I don't buy it, I can't drink it.
I want to walk at least twice this week and continue to stick to my diet. My goal is 2 more pounds this week!

T- Step and Body pump = Super Tuesday
Sat & Sun - walking or biking
