I had a chicken sandwich today, and finished off my home-made cheez-its. Now I want more crackers but won't have time to make any until at least Saturday night (need to remember to see if I can find a cheap pizza cutter or pastry wheel).
And if anyone wants, this is the recipe I used, followed exactly, except I used a really sharp Colby Jack cheese that has been aging in my refrigerator forever.
