Yep, you could spell out anything. It takes longer than you think, though. Good Morning would take a long time!
Our elves (we adopted 2) arrives the day after we put up the Christmas tree. This is usually on Thanksgiving day. We tell the kids (3 and 6) that the tree lets Santa know that we have started to celebrate Christmas, let the magic begin. So we leave the tree lights on that night and while Santa is out practicing with his reindeer, the elves make the flight over with him to make sure they make it safe! I get our 10 year old involved in the set up and the placement of the elves till Christmas Eve when Santa comes by to deliver the presents, the elves help and go home till the following year.
