Does anyone use 3M Command Hooks or something similar to organize at home? What tips do you have?
Our bathrooms don't have hand towel rings, so I put command hooks on the wall to hang hand towels from.
Here's another use of command hooks that has helped me out a lot. I put them in the half bath downstairs, just next to the garage, for the kids to hang up their swimming gear. They can reach the hooks themselves, and the hook makes it easy for them to hang their towels, swim suits and goggles up to dry. It's working very nicely.
I have two in the shower for a squeegee and dishwand, the suction kind. That's the extent of it, I don't like them but had no other options in there. If you rent then I suppose you make do with them, but if something had to go on the wall I'll install an actual hanger any day. They are not "non-damaging" in my experience.
Exactly. I had real hooks in the kids' bathroom for them to hang their towels at our house in Utah, that I put up instead of a towel rack.
since we are a military family we use those bad boys EVERYWHERE! i have them in our hallway for my kids backpacks and coats, i have them in my sons room to hang his superhero cape for easy access, i have one on his door so the night before i put his clothes for the next day in a 31 all in one organizer for my husband to dress him easily before he takes him to school. i use the picture ones in our hallway going up the stairs to hang pictures because well it's easier to line them up! now in 2 years when we move i don't have to fill nail holes! :)
