2-4 lbs pork roast
1 (27oz)sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 c water
1/3 c brown sugar

put in meat,then sauerkraut,sprinkle w/soup mix and brown sugar...pour water over top.
Cook on low for 24 hours.
Serve w/mashed potatoes. :happy dance:
