Yay for 4,000 posts! Okay girls, the baby is up so I have to go. This was fun!

Stevesgal - we missed you. I hope you are still laying off those peanut butter cookies! I couldn't possibly have reeces pieces in the house and not eat them. You have major willpower.

I have company coming tomorrow so y'all wish me luck. I have to cook for the next 3 days and I hope I can make it through this week without gaining weight. Ugh!

I'm not much of a nut person - which is funny because DH makes peanutbutter LOL! I do like cashews but don't buy them. I like peanut flavored things and of course peanutbutter.

When I have a salad I like to sprinkle Sunflower Seeds on it. I found that snacking on a small handful of almonds before I start cooking dinner helps me to not snack on anything I am preparing.

We are talking nuts and I was thinking peanut butter and I went and looked at the jar and it is 2 T=200 calories yikes!Wish it was lower I love the stuff.

Smuckers makes a natural peanutbutter and it's pretty good but you have to stir it up really good. After it sits for a while the oil comes back up to the top. It's really good for baking especially.
