I have to admit...no...I drink water all day long...I can estimate it to be about 10 - 12 bottles a day. So to me - water does not help the munchies except to wash them down, lol. If I really need to snack in the afternoon - I aim for a low fat, low cal, low everything snack such as carrots or celery...something crunchy that takes a while to eat.
