Another great alternative to indulging in to too many sweets, I have found, is to have some fat free/low fat vanilla yogurt (Fit and Light by Dannon is my choice) and pile on the blueberries and strawberries. YUMMY~! It's also super yummy with bananas!

I have to admit...no...I drink water all day long...I can estimate it to be about 10 - 12 bottles a day. So to me - water does not help the munchies except to wash them down, lol. If I really need to snack in the afternoon - I aim for a low fat, low cal, low everything snack such as carrots or celery...something crunchy that takes a while to eat.

Yes I buy them in bulk at Sam's. Oh and don't do this, because now I can't stop:

I top them with a layer of NUTELLA!!!!

I found if I stay away from chocolate -- in "diet" snack food or regular I'm ok but once I have a bite I have problems staying away.

It's been said that dark chocolate is actually good for you ~ At least better for you. Problem for me is, of course, I like the stuff that's bad for me (milk chocolate). However, Russel Stover has some GREAT diabetic chocolate....oh yum!!! yum. Less guilt!
