My SIL introduced me to edamame about 4 years ago (we lunched at a Whole Foods and she insisted I would love it, and I did!) I never thought about putting sea salt on it!

I eat a lot of carbs. I eat a lot of whole grains and try to get my protein in, but I really do eat a lot of carbs. And it doesn't seem to affect my health at all. I just count calories. It sounds like it would be a pain, but it really isn't. I round the numbers off and just try to keep it somewhere under 1500. I aim for 1200 and expect to be off by a few hundred by the end of the day.

Carbs are ok just so long as you are burning off what you don't need! Like right now, I typically follow a low carb/low sugar diet, but because I"m working out more, I can feel my body SCREAMING for food...so I know I have to up my carb intake...

Have you tried Orvil Reddenbacher's 94% fat free kettle corn? It's yummy!
