Dh is finally serious about paying down debt and then saving some serious money. Then in 4 years we will decide if we want to move. It will give us time to be able to put 20% down on a mortgage if we choose to move. It will also give the housing market a chance to improve. I would prefer paying our house off in 3 years but we will decide together when the time comes.

another little bit of progress towards our goal today...1K towards debt (lots of craigs lists and yard sales the last few weekends) but before I spent it on anything I put it towards the debt. slow and steady...I get it...

dh's last truck payment was made today!!! I feel like I've been paying that thing for YEARS!!! LOL. As an added bonus we were able to sock away another 1K towards our business opening debt!! I wish I had more days like this one!!
