ww soup recipe

Thread Starter
Tried something new tonight and the family (ages 3,6,7) were so pleased. Plus, I am on WW and it was all ON PLAN!!

Cheesy Veggie soup

2 Cans lite Chicken stock
2/3 of 1 lb lite veletta cheese (I used mexican by mistake, but still good)
1 bag california veggies.

Mix cheese slowly with chicken broth and add frozen veggies. simmer on low for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Super healthy. No, not as thick as traditional cheesy soups, but tastes just as good and better for you.

I use turkey ham and cooked on the griddle so it seems almost like bacon. Served 1/2 inch sliced portions and it seemed like regular ham.

Serve with salad and/or french roll with no cal butter spray.

DH LOVED IT!!! and very filling! Could also serve with a salad.

How many ww points? How many servings?

Thanks.

That sounds really good. The points would only be from the Velveeta, I think.
