I know alot of people who have had problems with the webkinz website. My first tip is don't buy anymore webkinz!! My daughter has several but hasn't been able to log into the website for 2 months, she is heartbroken since this is all she has asked for the past 2 birthdays and Christmas. Here is the contact information with phone #. Good luck! This company cares nothing about the consumer they take your money and run!!

I'm sorry you feel that way.. We log on several times a day to play and feed out pets..

We did have issues just after christmas. I contacted the company and they ended up calling me giving me a virtual pet and a ton of money. We just added 2 more on our account last night and havent had any problems..

As for me and the girls we love Webkinz!

We've had some occassional problems with Webkinz, but never anything long and drawn out. Dd's adopted several pets (she's up to 13 now ) without a problem. Could it be something with your firewall that's preventing you from logging into Webkinz?

My kids have problems with the website quite often, not to mention it locks up the computer. I dislike it immensley. The whole webkinz thing.

I am addicted to webkinz. I love to play many of the games -- plus the trivia questions. Its a good distraction. (Of course now I have this site to check out!!)

I log on daily and my two older kids also log on daily without any problems.

I would suggest if you are having troubles logging in that you clear the history and cookies from your computer and try again.

Webkinz has always had problems. I,myself am a webkinz player and no i'm not a mom I'm just trying to say, I can't even get on webkinz. It won't even load to go to where you type your username and password! I don't know what to do and I have an iMac! that's like the most high tech computer and it won't even load enough to actually go to the log-in screen. And it's not only that, different things in webkinz aren't even loading like the profile screens and clubhouses. It's a website that's always had problems and needs to seriously be fixed. I'm 12 and I'm kind of done with webkinz to be honest, but whenever I get on to just see what's changed it doesn't even load to where I can click those buttons you guys were talking about.Maybe you should just try a new website??redface.gifnonono2.gif
