What jeans are most flattering for MUFFIN-TOPS? - Page 2

Oh my!!! I never relized there was anything wrong with my Mom jeans!!! I always wear jeans that come up over my belly button, they are very comfortable and help control my belly fat. I never tuck shirts in though. I always figured that Mom jeans are fine, because after all, I am a mom!!!

My daughter and DH laugh at me cause my pants come to my belly button, thats where my waist is, theres and indention there and everything I tell them , I would never tuck, too big of a belly on me!

Everyone has good responses! I totally agree with the low-rise jean opinion... they are HORRIBLE on me and only accentuate my belly fat. It looks 5 times as big and flabby when I try on those jeans. Very scary indeed.

I have tried on bigger-sized jeans, but they don't fit me in the hips or legs very well. I like the flare-leg look; it seems to be slimming. Has anyone tried on the new Lee jeans that claim to have tummy control?

I feels oo Uncomfortable when I have Jeans that go to my belly button!! Never have liked pants that go that high!! I was always the one that would foldover pants at the top!!
when I was young!! I dont like the Low rise!! I get the mid rise ones!! they are not as high as the belly button but not as low as the waist ones that show panties!!

I just bought a pair at Target by Merona. They have several rise choices. I bought the mid rise and bought a size larger to control my muffin top. They were about $22. I'm very pleased with the rest of my body but have not been able to get rid of the muffin top after 2 pregnancies. It is a bummer. The jeans are super comfy and my favorite pair now. I thought about getting another pair.

I love these too! There is one # of Levis that works well on me as well. I just found them this Spring and then got pregnant... I think you have to resign yourself to a few hours at the mall- trying and crying!

NY&CO Jeans are my favorite... after 3 children, they hide what needs to be hidden without making me look frumpy. Its the one place I can go and get my size and I know it'll fit.

i like the midrise pants. they don't come up to high, they come up to just below the bellybutton. and don't get them to tight, thats not flattering on anyone. i get them so they are just a little bit big in the waist then i wear a belt so they don't fall down. thats how i avoid muffintop lol. and overalls just make you look pregnant when your not lmao.

Funny you should mention Target. I have heard that Target carries jeans that are flattering for "muffin-tops"! Don't you just hate the dressing rooms there, though? I swear, I think the lights and mirrors there are the worst in any store! UGH! I made the mistake of trying on bathing suits once there. You don't even want to know how scary that was!
