I just heard back from Hasbro and for Amazon orders, you would send in the packing slip. HTH!

Anyone received their games and find that the the game boxes are all mashed up? All three of the games I bought have mashed up boxes. I'm wondering about seeing if I can send them back and get them exchanged.

Yes - I got my e-mail from Amazon about the Cookie magazine on Friday. The instructions for getting a refund are at the bottom of the e-mail.

Brenners, I got my games today and the boxes were in perfect condition. Get in touch with customer service.

Here is the email and response I sent to and got from Hasbro:

Me: Hi, I just purchased and received 3 games from Amazon.com and would like to receive my rebates. 2 of the games are on the preschool list and 1 is on the older players list. I only received 1 invoice in the box and would like to know the correct way in handling this. I am able to print another invoice from the web site. Would this do? Thanks for your time!


Thank you for contacting Hasbro, Inc. We are pleased to be able to respond.

You can send in both rebate forms together in 1 envelope with 1 original receipt to either PO Box.

I still haven't gotten the e-mail about my Cookie magazine. It says 1-2 weeks though, so hopefully it comes soon!
