My parents came for dinner Sunday and I made this. I served it with some sesame noodles stir fried with asparagus and bell peppers and fresh bread.

It got very good reviews!

this sounds great! Do you serve it over rice or something?

I made this yesterday (first time long time) & DH didn't even remember we had ever had it before. Anyway, last night I made it using 6 chicken thighs, only 1/4 cup of brown sugar (instead of 1 cup), and we put it over udon noodles instead of rice. It was plenty sweet with only 1/4 of the sugar, and I really liked the texture of the udon noodles with it. Yum!
