Sunflower seeds - are they really fattening??

Just curious how bad they are for you. A guy brings in a 50 lb. bag into our office every couple of months........i munch on them all day long. I'm just curious if they are really fattening.

Depends on if they're in the hull, roasted, plain etc

And loaded with sodium! Just grab a few of them and don't allow yourself to have more than what you're taking.

I think they are healthy, but like with most seeds and nuts they are calorie-dense.  So, you end up eating way more than you should.
