Pocket Recipe - My version of hot pockets - Page 2

I just made these yesterday with scrambled eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon & homemade hash browns and they were a huge hit! I'm going to make some next weekend (unless I get to it one night this week) w/chicken, broccoli & cheese. I love this dough so much I think I'm going to try it out as a pizza dough.

Thanks so much!

I've made these four times now.

Wow, this is great! My son's love hot pockets but I always worry about the fat/preservatives/salt ect. in them not to mention the cost and the limited choice for my veggie son. Can't wait to try them!

Thanks!

Cool recipe! I may have to give these a shot. I'm thinking scrambled tofu, potatoes, black beans, onions, and bell peppers. The girls would probably love them. (Being vegetarian, I've actually never bought Hot Pockets before). I bet they'd be good stuffed with roasted veggies too (maybe even my fennel blend I make sometimes: fennel, red potatoes, red onion, red bell pepper, basil, and marjoram).

I'll have to try these. My kids absolutely love hot pockets, so I am sure they will love these.

This sounds like a great recipe.
I'll have to try this out on Friday night when its Family Fun Pizza Night. I love Hot Pockets (as well as their evil brother, Pizza Pockets...but oh are they ever good ).
Thank you so much for this!

I made some and they turned out more like mini strombolis, which is fine. I am going to make some breakfast ones too!
