Angel soft. I like the regular rolls. Do you guys think the big rolls really save? I have been debating that with myself.

I WISH I COULD BUY ANGEL SOFT!!! MY DS & DH WILL USE ONLY THE SOFT KIND. CHARMIN WITH ALOE IS WHAT WE HAVE USED FOR EVER NOW I FINALLY GOT THEM TO USE COTTONELLE WITH ALOE. I hate paying these prices!!

Scott- the regular kind. 1000 sheets per roll. There are almost always coupons and sales, and I can generally get it for less than $0.50 a roll.

I only buy Cottonelle for our bathroom and for the 1/2 bath (they get used the most), and I usually buy Aldi or Kroger brand for the kids bath upstairs. I do try to get it on sale and/or with a coupon, but it doesn't always work out that way. Cottonelle is the only TP brand that I've found that doesn't have "lint" which irritates my skin.

whatever is free!! lol

if i HAVE to payy for it, i never pay more than $.18 a roll

I think the most important thing price-wise is the TOTAL SQ. FOOTAGE, so you can figure out how much you are paying per foot. IMO, the "big" and "double" rolls really don't tell you anything since each company can determine what Big or Double is - and the can vary widely! So, long story short, I but whatever is double ply and the best value per sq. foot. I personally can't deal with single ply. And I like the rolls that are larger so you don't have to change as often... JMHO!

Scott 1000 sheet/roll here. It lasts a long time and though some others are softer, Scott isn't harsh on your skin at all, and our skin is easily irritated by the "pilling" from the heavier "softer" brands. DH uses it to blow his nose (I rarely buy kleenex, unless they're on sale with a coupon) I get the 12 pks; I can't stand getting down to the last roll and having to make a trip just for TP.

I do shop at BJ's or Costco and I get the store brand...I'm a cheapo when it comes to TP! LOL! If I have to buy it elsewhere, I get the least expensive kind. Well, usually one step up from the least expensive, but cheap, nonetheless!
