What in the world do you get a boy that has everything?

I've bought him books before (a weather one and The Dangerous Book For Boys). He already has the complete set of Harry Potter books. At last count he had over 30 Webkinz and I'm sure his collect has been added to since then, so I'm not going there. I know he likes Star Wars, but he already has a ton of that stuff. We usually give a small gift card but try to add a cool present along with it. My mind is drawing a blank here, so any ideas a greatly appreciated.

My ds who is 9 loves the hank zipzer books the ones written by henry winkler (the fonz)

Also loves the books by warriers by erin hunter

He loves cd's especially christian ones like the newsboys

Loves the american conquest games , or crusaders computer games. these computer games are history based that you play on the computer and they cover differant periods of american history like you can get the civil war, american revoution or anciet times. They move their troops and have to feed them and everything and stragey.

Loves phase 10 card game,

Or zoo tycoon and they even i think have a amusement park tycoon computer games where you design your own zoo or amusement park.

Loves the wayside school books , also ronald dahl books, judy blume books like fudge , double fudge, likes the andrew clements books

Likes books on cd that he can listen to as falling asleep at night.

Those helicopters that can fly by remote forget what they are called.

or a rocket with launcher that you can buy at michels or any hobby shop (need paretn for actual launch)

Hope this helps.

I stick with books, since most of the kids we give too have everything under the sun and you can never have too many books. For that age, DK Eyewitness and Usborne books are great!

a few years ago, we got our ds a telescope and a star chart. He thinks is soooo cool that he can look through the telescope and find all the star constellations. just an idea. let us know what you decide!

My 7 1/2 year old loves Zoo Tycoon. You can buy it on Amazon for under $15. It is very cool! He also loves lego kits (he has several star wars ones and some space ones and some racecar ones). He loves the nerf toys that shoot balls and rockets and stuff like that. He likes card games and board games. One of his absolute favorite Christmas presents was a Klutz book on how to make paper airplanes that came with cool paper in different designs. I think it was $14. His friends like it too.

There are a lot of things on clearance at Marshalls and TJ Maxx stores right now. I found a great deal on a Colts duffel bag for an 11 year old friend. Sports fan wear might also be a choice.

Hyperdash is a fun new game we got for Christmas. I bought it online to find best price (~$15).

Would You Rather for Kids question book is entertaining as well as Encyclopedia of Immaturity by Klutz if parents wouldn't mind.

My 10 year old daughter just received a Smencil (scented pencil) from a classmate for a birthday class treat. They come in 8 different flavors. I've seen them in smaller, more specialty toy stores. That might be a cool little something to go with a gift card.

One thing you could do is a gift card to a local movie rental place for $10.00 . and then with it in a gift bag put a 2 liter drink, a bag of microwave popcorn and a box of dollar candy. You would have a really nice gift for under $15.00
