I half this recipe and use ground beef. It makes more than enough for my family of 6. It is very filling and everyone loves it.
I only make it every so often, I don't worry about the health factor
I am sure it is probably not so healthy. I have served it twice for lunch on a weekend , I just made a green salad or a fruit salad as a side dish.
