I was wanting to make these for my dd's birthday party tomorrow. Can anyone tell me how many this makes? Its this or pb & J sandwiches for the loot bags!

Has anyone ever made these cookies substituting Greek yogurt for the sour cream to make them a little bit healthier? I wonder if they would be good.
