OK, I tried this finally and must say it is wonderful!!!!!! I added some Velveeta cheese, garlic, spices, and even some cooked Bob Evans sausage. (not too diet-friendly, but sooo good!) YUM! One of my newest favorite recipes, and SO easy!

It took me 3 grocery stores to find the sausage country gravy. The other stores had no white gravy packets at all, I was shocked. But now I have it and all the other ingredients. We are supposed to go to Bertucci's tomorrow and I can't for the life of me find anything weight watchers friendly on their menu. So I am making this soup and eating before I go and just getting a side salad there.

Sometimes, I throw some cooked and crumbled, reduced-fat Jimmy Dean sausage into this. Yum! Just be sure to add the appropriate points if you're on WW.
