Does anyone feel brave enough? - Page 2

I've got a lot of perennial beds, so there's always something in bloom. Right now the bleeding hearts are looking good. (zone 4b)

Bearded Iris have started blooming too, this is just the start, have lots of different varieties.

And, the garter snakes are out in full force! I like the snakes, they eat crickets that drive me nuts!

Beautiful! I love the little guy in your last photo as well! I love Iris' to. Ours are not even close to blooming yet. My neighbor has beautiful ones that I want to dig up some night when everyone is asleep! Though I've read that stolen flowers don't bloom. I'll have to get a picture of those things this year - they're beautiful.

I just took some pictures but I'm heading out to my mother's. I will post them tonight! I've been cleaning and getting distracted by children and MS!

Pianolady, I haven't seen any snakes here, yet. Been wondering where they are. Your flowers are beautiful. I am planning on doing some this fall.

We have little tiny sprouts of beans, carrots and onions coming up! I've been looking every day and finally today I can see them all.

Here's mine. Don't look too close - you'll find a lot of weeds. Especially in this first picture as I haven't touched that side all year.

As you can see, I have some tulips to seperate this year. I've never done this before and probably should have done it last year but Logan was still so little.

A picture that I liked. The west side of the yard.

And again the area that I will need to redo sometime this summer.

So much work ahead of me!

My dh is going to plow the garden, I would say roto till, but we use the one off the big tractor. My veggie garden it 30x50. I can't wait to get it planted!

As for the cute little guy.. He would have scared me! and here you take time to take a picture.. Have you seen my picture of the snake? I didn't take it till he stopped moving

Ok, here's my back garden. I'm a gardening addict, and this is the largest area of our property. Only thing off limits is where the septic is (thus the large span of grass in the back yard). One of these days I'll get photos of the side & front yards, but they're pretty boring right now.

Well, it's not a garden yet, but it will be...someday....I promise. Poor DH is wandering around with his eyebrows up. Smart man isn't saying anything though...

Now - will take a better pic when it warms out. Way to cold to go out in my jammies right now!
