I had read that pouring some tomato juice on tehir food helped neutralize the acid in their urine which likks the grass. I havent tried it yet but thought I'd share

I ordered patchmaster. I haven't got it yet, hopefully it works. You've probably seen the commercial. Its the one where they say the grass will even grow on a cement block. "And if you order right now we'll double size your order."

We always just trained our dog to go in one specific spot, away from the kids play areas, our patio and our grass. It worked really well for us.

This is really what I've always heard. Female dogs (I'm assuming your's is a female) are especially bad about killing the lawn. Some sort of chemical that their bodies produce.
