i was at value village three years ago( thrift store in canada) and i found a pattern for hippie clothes from the 60's( all pieces inside too!!)..and i found material from there too from the 60's( not recreated either)..so i made her a hippie outfit for halloween...she loved the pants so much she wore them to school for grade 3..she loved those pants..still have them too and a shirt with the same material and a vest as well..she never wore all three together..just the pants and shirt for halloween..she looked so cute.

My favorite was making my twins into Thing 1 and Thing 2 from the Cat in the Hat. I used red longjohns and sewed a quick patch in with "Thing 1 and 2" I knitted a hat for hair from fun fur. The girls were adorable.
