What to do with cooked Shrimp?

At save a lot I buy the salad shrimp(they are larger than the ones at a regular grocery store and 10 ounce package). I get them for 2.49 and the medium ones are 3.50 and I forget the size of that package. I always thaw them out and dip them in cocktail sauce. I know pretty boring eh? I was wondering what all do you ladies do with the shrimp already cooked?

Saute broccoli florets, sweet pepper slices and thin slices of onion. When almost done, toss in the shrimp (just to heat through) and sprinkle some soy sauce over it all.

Also, I make a shrimp and wild rice soup that's good and easy. I'll have to hunt up the recipe.

I like to make a tomato sauce (like spaghetti sauce but a little thicker) and toss the shrimp in during the last 10 minutes or so of it's simmering, and serve it over either rice or pasta.

I cook tomatos, garlic and olive oil, butter and then toss the shrimp in at the end.
I then have angel hair pasta and once all the above is cooked I mix it all together.
It is kinda like a shrimp scammpi

YOu could also make a shrimp burrito

I sautee them in butter and garlic and we make shrimp tacos. It goes really well with all the taco fixings and makes me feel like I'm in Baja

I also make a quick pasta sauce with sauteed onion, garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms, then add chicken broth (and some white wine if handy) and let simmer. I throw the cooked shrimp, some chopped tomato and a little butter in right before I add the pasta. If I need more liquied once the pasta is simmering, I add milk. Then at the end, add a good amount of parmesan cheese. It is so yummy!

My favorite thing to make is mexican shrimp cocktails (sorry samantharae, I just realized I meant to post this earlier ) Take a glass and layer cooked shrimp and chopped avocado about 1/2-2/3 of the glass. If you like cilantro also add some in your layers. Pour on a good amount of cocktail sauce, enough to be really saucy, some hot sauce of desired and a squeeze of lime, then mix. I have had this in restaurants and can make a pretty good one at home.

I mince the shrimp and use them when I make eggrolls. The recipe I use calls for ground pork and minced shrimp.
