What candy do you make?

I like to make a lot of candy. Mostly just pouring chocolate over things. What do you like to make? Do you make your own fillings? If you do, please include the recipe. I'm dying to try out new fillings!

I like to make English Toffee, peppermint bark, and peanut brittle. My family made candy canes growing up too, but we don't have equipment. I've also made buttermints and caramels, but they weren't terrific.

I make fudge. I made peanut brittle once when I was like 12. It wasn't bad, so I'm not sure why I don't make it anymore.

Here's my fudge recipe:

2 cups brown sugar\t
¾ cup of milk
2 tbsp butter or margarine\t
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp corn syrup\t
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Add all ingredients, except nuts, to a saucepan and cook at medium heat, cooking to soft ball stage. Soft ball stage is when fudge forms a ball when a small amount is dropped into a glass of water. Add nuts, if using.

Remove from heat and beat until very thick. Pour into greased pie plate and let stand until cool.
