My friends and family usually request that I make redbeans and rice or gumbo(but i'm from Louisiana) Maybe ask your family or The hosts of the party? I'm sure they wouldnt want 2 of a dish.Best of luck to you!

Do you know what the main dish is?

Is the actual THEME fall foods?

Do you have a budget?or an idea of what you wanna make,be it dessert, appetizer, side?

I do not know what you main dish is.So it would really depend on that. One thing I take a lot is green bean casserole or broccoli rice cheese casserole.

I would ask what they are making or what others are bringing first. Then I usually make a dessert or a salad. Sometimes a dip.
