Mommysavers Casting Call

Claim Your 15 Seconds of Fame!  Journalists are looking for frugal parents like you as sources for their articles and TV programs. Mommysavers Moms have been featured on The CBS Early Show, Wife Swap, and local TV programs as well.  You could wind up quoted in a magazine, newspaper, or even on TV!

Current Casting Calls:

MYSPACE.COM //XANGA.COM- GIRLS/BOYS CREATING WEB PAGES - CBS THE EARLY SHOW

We're looking for a family where their pre-teen or teenager has created a web page on MySpace.com and has had some problems as a result, ie, bullying, stalking, predators. We understand that most of the time parents are unaware of this activity, and often kids don't understand how easy it is to find them. We are searching for a family that will talk candidly about their experiences. This story could help other parents. Would also like to hear from families who believe that these sites have benefitted their kids.

Contact: KIM

Instructions: Send a short e-mail summarizing your experiences in with MySpace and/or Xanga.  Include your city, state, and phone number so that a CBS producer can contact you.

Deadline: ASAP

Journalists: Need feedback from moms? You've come to the right place!  Our major demographic is mostly, but not limited to, mothers ages 25-40 with kids under the age of 10.   If you'd like to submit a casting call, e-mail Kim with your request. Open to journalists in National and major US local markets only.
