I went to use this deal today and the Target mobile coupons were not working. I had to go to the customer service counter and they refunded me three dollars. The bad news is that she would only refund me for 1, and not all 4 that I bought. I have to go back 3 more times to get the rest of the refund. Bummer.

I am new to “mobile” coupons, how does that work? Do you download a coupon, then just show it to the cashier?
