Michael’s: Halloween Extravaganza Event: Join the Costume Parade, create trick-or-treat Duck Tape totes or pails and get kids faces painted. Schedule as follows: Duck Tape Pail or Tote 11am – Noon featuring Make-It Take-It with purchase of pail or tote while supplies last. FREE Face Painting Noon – 1:30pm while supplies last.
