Here are some fun in-store crafts and activities to take the kids to this weekend!

• AC Moore Stores: Free Make & Take Event – Kids get to make a Pot o’ Gold Pot. Saturday, March 3rd, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Bank of America: Get free general admission to participating museums, zoos, science centers, botanical gardens and more on the first full weekend of every month just by presenting your Bank of America card.

• Disney Store: Platypus Day Event- Celebrate everyone’s favorite semi-aquatic, undercover operative Agent P & receive a FREE top-secret gift. Saturday, March 3rd Call your local store for time.

• Disney Store: Disney Store Quest – Kids must find images of Mickey Mouse and his friends hidden throughout the store to unlock the secret code. Upon completion, children will receive a prize. Saturday, March 3rd, 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Guitar Center: Free recording workshops. Every Saturday at every store from 10:00  a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

• Home Depot Kids Workshop: Kids get to build a #20 race car. Saturday, March 3rd 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• LakeShore Learning Store: Kids get to design and decorate a fanciful mirror with sparkling gems, glitter paint and more. Saturday, March 3rd 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Michaels: Read Across America Event – Kids get to make a colorful bookmark. Also, Free Make It & Take It Event – Kids get to make a Dr. Seuss Pencil Cup Holder with purchase of foam can hug. Friday, March 2nd 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Pottery Barn: Join them as they celebrate Read Across America & Dr. Seuss. All weekend they will host story times and activities, plus The Lorax will be at select stores to help celebrate. Friday – Sunday, March 2nd – 4th Start time 3:30 p.m.

• Target: Check for free museum events in a city near you (Ongoing dates)
