You can pick up some terrific costume stuff at a Good Will or Salvation Army. A friend of mine bought a beautiful formal and scaled it down to my daughter's size as a present. Then she added more ribbon roses and sequins. The total cost was $7 and some time. It's been used for two Halloweens, and lots of dress up time. -- Rebecca from PA
