A quick and easy Halloween costume for an infant is the "GOT MILK?" costume.  It is so simple.  We used a white onesie and wrote the words GOT MILK? on it with a black permanent marker.  We took non-toxic white Halloween paint and made the mustache, and she carried her bottle of milk around with her.  She was adorable!! -- Denise from LA
