TJ Maxx is a great spot to look for your child’s Halloween costume. They’ve got a fairly wide selection of costumes for kids of all ages, from infant on up to big kids. Most of these costumes are in the $9.99 – $24.99 price range, which is up to 60% off their retail prices.
