I purchased the omaha steak special and the carnival cruise special on December 16. I have already recieved confirmation on the steaks but nothing on the cruise. I checked my credit card and the charge has gone through but I havent received any confirmation through my email. I have a brother that purchased one too and he has received confirmation and details days ago. What should I do?
Katherine – Can you contact the company? There should be some sort of customer service number on their site or on your email confirmation.
I have note received mine either. I looked for the company name online and cannot find anything. Can you please tell me the information which your brother received. These company names are not found on the internet with a way to contact them.

On the recommendation of the segment shown on the Today Show, I told my daughter about the
$500 value from restaurant.com for $30.00. She placed the order on the internet the same day as this was aired on NBC in late December (I believe it was the 20th). The payment cleared through her bank, but as of today (approaching 2 months), she has not received the gift meant for her brother to receive on Christmas.

I purchased the nbc restaurant deal in October and have not received anything for it although my charge has gone on my credit card. How do I check on that?
I have been trying to figure out what I purchased in October from The Today’s Show Suggestion. I’ve had Groupon do research because that’s who I thought the purchase was through having purchased similar coupon like that before. The money was deducted from my bank account but no services were ever issued to me… just being online today I decided to look up Nbc Restaurants (the name that appeared on my bank statement) and I see all of these other purchases that were made around the same time from other people and they didn’t get anything for these services either. The telephone number that’s on my statement doesn’t work. So my question is …. If the Today Show sponsor these people giving these NOT SO GREAT DEALS… why wasn’t any of the people that purchased granted services and why didn’t they do some research on them before they had them on their show?
