Pinewood Derby Pit Passes + FREE Printable

If you’ve got a son in Cub Scouts, you may be gearing up for the annual Pinewood Derby.  As a mom, I know that a lot of careful work and planning goes into making those cars as fast and creative looking as possible.  These Pit Passes are a fun way to build the excitement for the boys and make their entries seem even more special.

  • Download the Pit Pass Printable HERE
  • Print (we printed ours four to a sheet)
  • Laminate (I use the Scotch Laminator)
  • Trim
  • Punch a hole in the top
  • Use black cording for a lanyard-style “Pit Pass”

Thank you! We’ll be using these next week. I added their pictures in front of the name and car spot. I like the design!

Did you just use a sharpie marker to right the car number on top of the laminate?

I would love to use these passes! When I click the link to download, I’m just seeing a single jpg of one pass. Is there a file that has 4 to a page like shown in the laminating step? Or do I just need to create that on my own?
