In the Kitchen:
I kinda make up my own dishes. Arabic base with my own little kick to anything I make.

Organization:
File folders and a stapler. Have a folder for every bill you have and when you get the returned check from any bill staple it to the invoice. Something I learned from managing one of the restaurants.
