In the Kitchen:
We eat a lot of fruits and vegetables as my son doesn't like meat. I try to make them the center of my meals, i.e. vegetarian chili or veggie tacos. not only is it less expensive but it is also healthy!

Organization:
We are trying to get rid of the junk now and simplify things, so I guess that might help others too. I finally got rid of my junk kitchen drawer!
