Family's Names and Ages:

Tamar 30
Lydia 4
Claire 2

Occupation:
Before kids I was Administrative Assistant for Criminal Court Clerks Office

If I had a day to myself...:
I honestly don't know. It's weird feeling to be without them. I guess I would go grocery shopping and then come home and read?  Sounds exciting huh?

Money Saving Tips:
Coupons, always eating at home, buy meat in bulk and have the butcher slice/cut it for you and freeze for many meals to come.

Bargain Hunting Strategies:
Target always has end of the holiday/season deals on clothes. I do most of my grocery shopping at Food Lion.

Products we can't live without:
Pampers brand diapers (when my girls wore diapers) and Dunkin Donuts coffee.

In the Kitchen:

Shredded Beef Sandwiches

1 chuck roast (or whatever kind of roast you have)
1 Packet of DRY Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Place roast in crock pot and sprinkle dressing mix over meat.

Cook on low 8-10 hrs or on high for 4-6 hours. When beef is done, take out of crock pot and shred. Put shredded meat back in crock pot to soak in juices. Serve on hoagie roll.

Organization:
Both of my daughters have "play with now" baskets in their room. They are small wicker laundry baskets. They get to keep ONLY the toys they are playing with the most in there. Everything else has to be put up in its home.

Always have the dishwasher ready to load. I run it ever night and put them up 1st thing in the morning while the coffee is brewing.

We have a bill box all the bill go in there. Helps keep up with wha'ts going on.
