This time of year, everyone is searching for ways to save money on Halloween costumes.  One discovery I’ve made is the website wholesalehalloweencostumes.com.  It was created by Steve Mandell, founder of Party City.   It sells the exact same costumes found at party stores, but at wholesale prices.
