Quick and Easy Mozzarella Sticks

These mozzarella sticks are SO easy, anyone can make them.  Get the kids to help by having them roll them up inside the wonton wrapper and brushing with the egg wash (have an adult handle the frying).  They’re ready to eat in just fifteen minutes!

You’ll Need:

Egg roll wrappers
Mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
One egg
Oil for frying
Marinara or spaghetti sauce

Place a mozzarella stick in the corner of one egg roll wrapper.
