When I was at Target yesterday, I noticed that many of their designer fragrances for both men and women are now marked down.  Most Target clearance prices were 30-70% off retail, the majority of them 50% off.   These would be nice Valentine’s Day gifts, or buy ahead for birthdays, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.  Selection included:
