Christmas Wreath Appetizer: Veggie Pizza

Christmas Wreath Appetizer: Christmas Wreath Veggie Pizza

This Christmas Wreath Appetizer Veggie Pizza is super-easy, but looks great at your holiday party!  Use a food chopper to make light work of chopping the veggies.

Christmas Wreath Appetizer: Veggie Pizza

2 8-oz. tubes crescent rolls
One batch dill dip (below)
Assorted veggies, chopped (broccoli, peppers, carrots)

Dill Dip

1 8-0z. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sour cream
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Take crescent roll dough out of its package but instead of unrolling it, cut it into 8 slices (16 total).  Arrange the slices in a circle on a pizza tray or cookie sheet.  Bake dough wreath for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool a few minutes, then move to serving platter or tray.  Cool completely.  Spread dill dip on top, then add veggies.  Serve.
