Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels RecipeBecause of the vibrant red of the cranberry and bright green of the onions, these Cranberry Feta Pinwheels make great Christmas appetizers.  Plus, they can be made well-ahead of time and sliced the day of your holiday party.

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels Recipe

1/3 C. green onions, chopped
1 8-oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 5-oz. package Feta cheese crumbles
1 5-oz. package dried cranberries
1/4 C. chopped walnuts (optional)
8 8-in. tortillas (or fewer larger tortillas)

In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, onions, and Feta cheese together until well-combined.  Spread on tortillas.  Sprinkle tortillas with dried cranberries and walnuts (optional).  Roll up tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Slice and serve.  I like to cut my pinwheels at a slight angle.
