A big thanks goes out to Sarah M. from our Facebook Page for posting this adorable Popeye the Sailor homemade costume idea.  Sarah writes, “This was my son’s Halloween costume last year. Plain, short sleeved blue shirt, plain long sleeved white shirt and a pair of jeans he already had. I stuffed his sleeves with cotton and drew the tattoo on with a black marker. Cheap, easy and nobody else had the same costume!”
