I’m sure I won’t be the only one with a Red, White & Blue themed Muffin Tin Meal this 4th of July! Ours is pretty special to us, though, because this is the first time I’ve even seen blueberries in India. Strawberries are out of season, too! I had great luck at the produce store this week. So for our 4th of July Red White & Blue muffin tin meal, I served:
- mini marshmallows
- red and purple Skittles
- mozzarella cheese
- blueberries
- cream
- strawberries
We also used star muffin cups and a little blue umbrella pick. Maggie ate the entire thing and loved it – how could she not??

Great muffin tin. Glad you found the blueberries. My little store didn’t have blueberries so I had to use frozen.
