Muffin Tin Monday: St. Patrick’s Day Muffin Tin Meal

March 10, 2013 by Susie Chadwick 1 Comment

St. Patrick's Day Muffin Tin Meal

For my kids’s St. Patrick’s Day Muffin Tin Meals this year, we did a rainbow theme.  I chose foods of each color of the rainbow, and finished it off with a cloud and a pot of gold!  The kids enjoyed making little “lunchables” sandwiches with the first four ingredients.  The muffin tin liner cups are a green leaf pattern.

Tip: I got the muffin cup liners on clearance at Oriental Trading – $.99 for 100.  When Oriental Trading offers free shipping with no minimum, I always check the clearance for muffin cups. I’ve never found a better deal.

St. Patrick’s Day Muffin Tin Meal

  • Red: Pepperoni
  • Orange: Cheddar cheese slices
  • Yellow: Butter crackers
  • Green: Spinach leaves
  • Blue/Purple: Dried cranberries
  • Cloud: Mini marshmallows
  • Pot of Gold: Butterfinger Egg
