Dollar Store Fun: Pacifier Mustache Idea for Halloween

Dollar Tree Mustaches

Whether you’re looking for a fun, easy Halloween costume idea or just a fun photo prop – here’s a cute idea that will only set you back a buck.  These fake mustaches are just a dollar at The Dollar Tree right now (check out all the other great Halloween items they have).  Just peel off the sticky-sided backing, and adhere to baby’s pacifier.  This would be adorable for a Halloween costume if paired with an old man’s hat and button-down shirt with a bow-tie.  Or, pair with a bandanna and cowboy hat for a western look.

If you don’t have a Dollar Tree, stick-on mustaches can be found lots of other places as well — even Old Navy.

I originally saw the idea for cut-out mustache pacifier templates on The Paper Seed.  However, I wanted to avoid the printing, cutting and double-sided tape that goes with using a template.

Note:  These mustaches are novelties not intended for use with pacifiers.  It goes without saying that you should never leave your baby unattended and you shouldn’t leave the mustache on baby’s pacifier overnight or for long periods of time.  Thanks to my nephew for being my mustache model!
