Caramel Apple Cider Recipe
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- whipped cream (optional)
Bring the cream and brown sugar to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Stir in the apple juice and water. Heat just until the cider begins to steam. Divide into four mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
